Badges Badges are required for admission to all scientific sessions, including Saturday Subgroup symposia, poster areas, exhibits, and social func tions A guest badge for non-scientific guests can be purchased for $65 at the on-site registration counter located in Registration Bridge West Guest registration is only for admittance to the Opening Mixer on Saturday night and Reception on Monday night It does not include admission to scientific sessions, posters, or exhibits There is a $30 fee to reprint a lost or forgotten badge Banking and Currency Exchange Bank transactions can be done during regular bank business hours at Bank of America, 1600 John F Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19103, United States Please bring two forms of identification with you Monday–Friday 10:00 am –4:00 pm Saturday - Sunday Closed ATMs are also available in the Pennsylvania Convention Center UPS Store & Business Center, Second Floor The Pennsylvania Convention Center provides a full-service business center for the convenience of attendees and exhibitors Services include photocopying, faxing, computer workstations, and printing ser vices Shipping is provided through UPS The business center is located inside the Pennsylvania Convention Center on the second floor To contact the business center, call 215-418-2125 or email store7181@ theupsstore com Hours of Operation will be posted onsite Career Development Center, Room 108AB Services are available for both those seeking a position and employers with positions to fill Please note, the career development center is the only place to post job openings Unauthorized notices placed elsewhere in the Pennsylvania Convention Center will be removed Saturday 12:00 NOON–6:00 pm Sunday 8:00 am –6:30 pm Monday–Tuesday 8:00 am –5:30 pm Certificates of Attendance Certificates of Attendance may be obtained in person at the Society Help Desk located at registration in Registration Bridge West or in the Society Meeting Office, in Room 304 VIP Code of Conduct The Biophysical Society Annual Meeting provides an environment that encourages free and respectful expression and exchange of scientific ideas Please review the Code of Conduct policy (page III) that all meet ing participants must follow

Coat Check/Luggage Storage, 100 Lobby Level Please do not bring luggage to meeting rooms If you are planning to check items, please plan to arrive early to ensure that you are not late for sessions due to long lines Items will be checked and securely stored during posted hours for a charge of $3 00 per item Items not picked up at closing will be moved to the Soceity Meeting Office, Room 304 VIP Saturday 7:30 am –7:30 pm Sunday–Tuesday 7:30 am –6:30 pm Wednesday 7:30 am –4:00 pm Dinner Meet-Ups Interested in making new acquaintances and experiencing the cuisine of Philadelphia?
