UPAC gives undergraduate students a chance to present their research, get recognition for the increasingly high quality of undergraduate research, and encourage further participation of undergraduates in the Biophysical Soci ety and at the Annual Meeting. The Society awards and recognizes up to 10 outstanding students who give the best overall poster presentations during the competition. Students are judged on the quality and scien tific merit of their research, knowledge of the research problem, contribution to the project, and overall presentation of the poster. Judges look for students to present a clearly stated question, hypothesis, results, and conclusions. The registration deadline is January 6, 2026.
