We investigate such emergent behavior using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of interacting agents and coarse grain the particle-level data into continuum fields across multiple spatial scales. To predict evolving velocity patterns under extreme volatility, we deploy a hybrid framework that integrates agent-based simulation, field-level coarse-graining with forecasting based on Fourier Convolutional Neural Network (FCNN) to identify and predict dynamical mobility patterns. This approach offers new insights into dynamical predictions of order–disorder transitions in natural or artificial systems and paves the path forward to designing synthetic bio-applications with potential societal and technological impact.
