Badges Badges are required for admission to all scientific sessions, including Saturday Subgroup symposia, poster areas, exhibits, and social functions There is a $30 fee to reprint a lost or forgotten badge Banking and Currency Exchange Bank transactions can be done during regular bank business hours at Bank of America Financial Center, 655 W Broadway STE 101, San Diego, CA 92101, United States Please bring two forms of identification with you Please note that banks will be closed on Presidents Day, Monday, Saturday - Sunday Closed ATMs are also available in the San Diego Convention Center Business Center, Lobby Level The San Diego Convention Center provides a full-service business center for the convenience of attendees and exhibitors Services include photo copying, faxing, computer workstations, and printing services Shipping is provided through FedEx The business center is located inside the San Diego Convention Center across from Hall D To contact the business center, call 619-525-5450 or email usa1324@fedex com Sunday–Saturday 8:00 am –5:00 pm Career Development Center, Room 16A Services are available for both those seeking a position and employers with positions to fill Please note, the Career Development Center is the only place to post job openings Unauthorized notices placed elsewhere in the San Diego Convention Center will be removed Saturday 12:00 noon –5:00 pm Sunday–Tuesday 8:00 am –5:30 pm Certificates of Attendance Certificates of Attendance may be obtained in person at the Society Help Desk located at registration in Lobby BC or in the Society Meeting Office, in Room 15AB Code of Conduct The Biophysical Society Annual Meeting provides an environment that encourages free and respectful expression and exchange of scientific ideas Please review the Code of Conduct policy (page III) that all meeting participants must follow February 20, 2023 Monday–Thursday 9:00 am –5:00 pm 9:00 am –4:00 pm Friday

Family Room, Room 19 The Family Room is equipped with diapers, wipes, labels for breast milk, plastic bags for disposing of diapers, electrical outlets for pumps, a small refrigerator, private areas for nursing, and a small area for rest and play Friday 2:00 pm –5:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am –7:00 pm Sunday–Tuesday 7:30 am –10:00 pm Wednesday 8:00 am –3:30 pm Mother’s lounges are also located in the women’s restrooms of Lobbies A and E The rooms are equipped with comfortable furniture and separate private areas for nursing mothers
