Poster Sessions, Exhibit Hall BC Sunday–Wednesday

First Aid, Lobby A - Box Office A In case of medical emergency, dial 5911 from any house phone For a non-emergency, you may dial 5490 The First Aid room is located in Lobby A - Box Office A For other minor medical needs, this room will be staffed with First Aid Administrators trained in First Aid Response during the hours below

The Exhibit Hall will open at 8:00 am each morning It will remain open for poster viewing until 10:00 pm each night, except for Tuesday, when it will close at 4:00 pm for safety purposes during exhibit tear down Posters are arranged according to topic Your poster board number begins with “B ” On the day of presentation, authors assigned odd numbered poster boards should present at 1:45 pm –2:45 pm (10:30 am –11:30 am on Wednesday); even-numbered posters should present at 2:45 pm –3:45 pm , (11:30 am –12:30 pm on Wednesday) Other hours, day or evening, may be posted by the authors as desired Additionally, authors may leave note paper so that visitors may request an appoint ment Abstracts submitted after October 1, 2022, are scheduled each day, Sunday–Wednesday, during the regular poster sessions These board assignments will begin with “LB ” Posters are to be removed by 5:30 pm on Sunday and Monday, and 4:00 pm on Tuesday to accommodate exhibit teardown, and 3:00 pm on Wednesday Please do not leave materials or belongings under poster boards or in the poster area The Society is not responsible for any arti cles left in the poster area Pick up an Exhibitor Passport Competition booklet inside the entrance of the Exhibit Hall Visit participating exhibitors, talk to them to find out the answer to their questions, get your passport stamped, and drop off your passport at the Society Booth located in Lobby BC before 2:30 pm on Tuesday, February 21 The winner will be announced on Tuesday at 3:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall You must be present at the drawing to win Good luck! Wednesday Poster Session Raffle: Attend the Wednesday poster ses sions in the Exhibit Hall for a chance to win a Fitbit Versa!
