Student Spotlight
Crystal Lara Santos Department of Biological Sciences, University of Pittsburgh What do you think makes the study of biophysics unique?
I’m drawn to biophysics because it merges my interest in both biology and physics, enabling me to investigate how physical laws shape life at the molecular scale. My enthusiasm for this interdisciplinary field comes from its potential to advance medicine, address complex biological challenges, and improve global health.
